    We show you LobbySpace live and clarify who the screens should reach, at how many locations, with what content – and who maintains it. Afterwards we both know which starting point fits. No preparation needed.

    For projects with many locations, we start with a pilot at one to three sites. You see LobbySpace in everyday use with your own content – before you roll out further.

Questions about getting started

Can we see LobbySpace before we decide?
Yes. In a 15-minute live demo we show you LobbySpace tailored to your setup. With just a few screens, you can start right away afterwards. For larger projects, we recommend a pilot at selected locations.
How does a rollout across many locations work?
We start with a pilot at one to three locations and agree on goals and a decision date upfront. Then we roll out in waves – with preconfigured players and a dedicated contact person.
How long is the contract?
Licences are billed per screen on an annual contract. You can find all prices openly on our pricing page.
Do we need our own hardware?
Only screens. We provide the player: it is included in the Starter and Pro plans. For special requirements, we select the hardware based on the use case.
What will our IT say?
In our experience, most questions come from IT and data protection. That is why you receive the data processing agreement (DPA) before you start, and your team can sign in via single sign-on.
